Clarity, poise, and the ability to
command a room.
Expressing ideas clearly in
conversation, writing, and
presentation.
Working with others and
knowing when to lead vs.
support.
Evaluating information and
making sound decisions.
Planning, prioritizing, and
following through.
Taking initiative, inspiring others, and owning responsibility.
The kind that comes from doing, not just knowing.
Structuring thoughts, tasks, and projects with clarity.
Resilience and optimism under
pressure.
Understanding and managing
emotions in themselves and
others.
